Bob has been with Shore Lumber & Millwork since their origination. He has brought much experience and expertise to our sales department. He has been in the lumber and building industry for over 25 years. Preceding his current position at Shore Lumber he worked for Nuttle Lumber Company and U.L. Harman’s often times in conjunction with EP (President).

Roland has been in the industry for over 20 years. He joins Shore Lumber & Millwork as a salesman specializing in Andersen Window’s. Prior to joining Shore Lumber in November 2006, Roland was involved in outside sales for other large corporations in the area.

Deborah Stoff

Years Experience: over 13 years of experience

Deb was a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City where she majored in furniture and product design. After graduating she spent time studying in Sweden. She recently joined our team in 2005.            

Sally Eisel

Years Experience:  over 15 years

Sally has spent the last 15 years designing kitchens and baths in historic Annapolis, Chevy Chase, and Northern Virginia. She brings with her an extensive knowledge in the plumbing industry. Sally’s extensive knowledge of cabinetry and bathroom products led her to a have a segment on HGTV’s “I Want That!”

John Messer

John has been with Shore Lumber & Millwork, Inc. since their first year in operation (1999). He has been a successful manager of all deliveries and shipments to and from our store. Previously John worked at Mastens.

In-House Drafting/Estimates

Frank Fraley
Years Experience: Over 35 years of experience

Frank has been doing drafting and design for over 35 years. He worked at Centerville Lumber as an in-house estimator before joining Shore Lumber & Millwork, Inc.

Accounting/Human Resources

Linda Cronshaw

Linda is Vice-President of the corporation and has been handling the accounting operations since establishment.

Amanda Skilling
